He left his birthplace Tehran, at 9 months to emigrate to Stockholm, Sweden.

He lived in Sweden until graduating from high school, In 2004, he left Sweden to pursue his studies in Psychology at the Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, Washington state, he then moved as a sophomore student for Los Angeles and continued to study Psychology and Media.
