Wood, PhD is Corporate Senior Vice President and global head of Discovery Research at Boehringer Ingelheim. Before joining BI in April 2014, Clive was responsible for biologics research, process development and clinical manufacturing at Bayer HealthCare’s sites in Germany and the USA (2009-2014).

Previously he served as CSO, EVP at Dyax Corp (2003-2009) and Senior Director at Genetics Institute, Inc./Wyeth Research (1986-2003) in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
